- There will be an exam fee of $85
The exam fee does NOT include any testing or treatment. If your pet is in critical condition, you may be advised to triage your pet. Triage services require an immediate deposit of $300.
- A deposit must be paid before services begin.
After you pet is examined, you will be provided with an estimate of cost for any necessary testing or treatment. You will be asked to pay 100% of the estimated cost before services begin.
- Payment is due in full at the time of checkout.
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and CareCredit. We do NOT accept American Express. Please make all checks payalble to BMPEC and include your driver license number and expiration date.
- Late pickup fees will be applied after 8:00am.
Any animal not picked up by 7:30am may incur a late fee of $20 per 15 minutes. If not called on or picked up by 8:00am, animals may be considered abandoned.
